The project
The Tri-Valley Tech Prep / School-to-Career Consortium has engaged the Bay Area Industry Education Council to conduct six occupational profiles, using the Work Keys System.

The pilot project will focus on entry-level technology positions common to growth industries in the Tri-Valley area.

Core skills integration
The consortium will integrate core skills data, developed from the occupational profiles, into its education plan for connecting academic preparation to career awareness.

The project is being coordinated by the Tri-Valley Business Council's Economic Vitality Project.
